1. PAYMENT METHODS - WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We use WOMPI platform where you can pay using credit card, PSE or bank transfer.

2. DELIVERY TIMES - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We want you to have your garment as soon as possible, that’s why our shipping times are:

  1. Bogotá: 1 – 3 days
  2. Other cities in Colombia: 4 – 6 days
  3. On special dates or promotions, delivery times may vary

Important: Shipments are made through a carrier and we must adjust to their times, terms and conditions.

3. CAN I MAKE THE PURCHASE PROCESS THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND PICK UP AT SOME PHYSICAL POINT IF I NEED IT URGENTLY?

Yes. In this case, we recommend you to first contact us via the WhatsApp line +57 322 778 1880 and tell us about your situation so we can be able to help you with the delivery of your order at a physical location.

4. GARMENT CARE - RECOMMENDATIONS?

All of our fabrics are unique, which is why they are all cared differently. Please find the specific care for each of them on the garment label.

5. HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN? AND HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DO IT?

To make returns or exchanges, send us an email to lenuaofficial@gmail.com where we will indicate the procedure to follow.

For changes or returns we have a 30-day guarantee on our garments.

For quality defect returns there is a maximum period of 5 days from the date the customer receives the garment.

6. SIZES - HOW DO I CALCULATE MY SIZE?
