RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: We offer a 30-day guarantee on our garments. All exchanges are subject to product availability. The garment must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, washing, or damage and must have its original tag. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are not valid for:

  • Normal wear and tear of the garment.
  • Wear of garments due to improper washing or use.
  • If the garment shows any signs of sweating, makeup, or deodorant stains.
  • Promotional items are not eligible for exchange, except for warranty claims.

CONSTRUCTION GUARANTEE: If the garment has any seams, buttons, or fasteners coming undone, Lenuá will cover the repair and shipping costs for up to 30 days. After 30 days, Lenuá will cover the repair of the garment but not the shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS DUE TO QUALITY DEFECTS: Quality defects include: torn, burned, color-changed fabrics, misprinted patterns, stained fabrics, scratches, or unusual texture.

We only accept returns of our products due to quality defects within a maximum period of 5 days from the date the customer receives the garment. The same product will be returned in good condition. If the same product is not available in inventory, the customer will have 2 options:

  • Receive a voucher for the total amount paid, redeemable within 1 year. Exchange for items of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
  • Full refund

For returns due to quality defects, Lenuá will cover the shipping costs.
